We don't have a band photo with four faces and a logo. We've got a roster of 11 experienced, personally-vetted musicians - and for every event, we put together the right lineup for you.
4-piece at an intimate venue? Done. 9-piece for a big wedding? We've got the people. Need a sax player who can double up on keys? Yeah, we know someone. The flexibility is the point.
Every single musician we work with has been handpicked by one of our three band leaders - people they've worked with, trust, and know can deliver. You might not get the same faces twice, but you'll always get the same standard. That's the guarantee.
The family business
Hi - we're Niran and Natalie 👋
Niran is a bassist and one of our three band leaders, and the person who built this whole thing from the ground up. A decade of playing and leading bands across hundreds of events - weddings, festivals, corporate nights, the lot - gave him a very clear idea of what a great live band actually looks and feels like. So he built one.
We got married not long ago and discovered first-hand how stressful booking suppliers can be - the ghosting, the vague quotes, the “we'll sort it on the day” energy. We swore we'd never be those suppliers. Quick replies, clear pricing, no drama.
The New Retros is a family business in every sense. We care about every booking like it's our own event. Because honestly? We know what it feels like when it goes right. 🫶
